Paint & Paper Library make a range of designer paint and wallpapers that are suitable for most applications and are used by the general public, painters and decorators and interior designers as well as specifiers. A chalky, water-based emulsion paint that dries to a soft, velvet-like texture. The micro porous formulation allows the structure of the building to breathe. Suitable for internal plaster walls, cornices and ceilings.

Two color ranges are available, the Architectural Colors which contains 120 coordinated colors and the Original Colors again made up with 120 colors. All colors are made in sample pots to make your decision easier and can be purchased at Russell Paints. Below is a brief description of products available.

An interior or exterior flat water based paint for areas that require additional durability and longevity. Suitable for all exterior masonry, or interior plaster walls, cornices and ceilings.

An environmental alternative to oil-based systems, this low sheen water based paint dries to a smooth opaque finish. Suitable for all interior joinery and woodwork or as a base for decorative paint effects.

An interior and exterior, low sheen oil based paint that dries to a fine porcelain finish. Suitable for all woodwork and joinery, or interior plaster walls.

A traditional moisture resistant oil based paint that dries completely matt. Suitable for internal plaster walls.
