Flat Emulsion |

A chalky, water-based emulsion paint that dries to a soft, velvet-like texture. The micro porous formulation allows the structure of the building to breathe. Suitable for internal plaster walls, cornices and ceilings. |

At Russell Paints we have a range of Farrow and Ball wallpaper pattern books which can be taken on loan. Farrow anb Ball make these papers to order and generaly take about a week to arrive. |
